Reservation Information:

  • Deposit of two hundred dollars USD ($200) required to secure reservation and must be received within 10 days of request to avoid automatic cancellation.
  • All rates subject to tax.
  • Full pre-payment due forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. Full payment for reservations from December 15th to January 1st due October 15th.
  • Four (4) night minimum.
  • Check-out cleaning included after 7 nights stay.
  • Check-in time 2:00 p.m. Check-out time 11:00 a.m.
  • This is a non-smoking condo. No pets are permitted.

Cancellation Policy:

For a deposit refund, less cancellation charge of $50, cancellation is required 45 days prior to scheduled arrival. In case of cancellation within 45 days of arrival, deposit will be retained. Cancellation on or after arrival date, all funds forfeited. If space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
