| RENTAL POLICY: * Deposit of $300 required within 10 days for securing
reservation.
($600 for 28+ days reservation)
* Remaining amount due is required 45 days prior to arrival
(60 days for high season)
* Please Note: Your reservation is Not secure until we receive
your deposit.
* Maximum of 2 guests
* Cleaning fee of $100 for all reservations
* Late check out fee - 1/2 Days rental cost
* All monies payable in US dollars
* Payment method: Checks, Money Order, Credit Card
* Outside US - Money Orders in US Dollars obtained at your local bank
* Credit Card payments processed thru Pay Pal for additional fee
* Bank wire of funds - additional fee of $15.00
* For less than 7 nights, add $5 to nightly rate
