Rental Policy
This is a Non Smoking condo
Check in time is 2pm, check out is 11am.
Minimum stay 4 nights – Cleaning fee $90 for less
than 7 nights stay
$300 deposit required within 7 days for securing
reservation
($600 for 28+ days reservation).
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival in low season –
60 days in high season.
Reservations are taken on a first come-first served
basis and are only held after we have received
appropriate deposit. |

Cancellation Policy
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 60
days prior to arrival.
All Payments are non-refundable if cancelled within
45 days of scheduled arrival –
or 60 days for high season. Cancellation on or
after arrival - all funds are forfeited. |
